Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC router cell, CNC bander, Jr Schelling panel saw, ABD bore dowel machine, and shaker door cell.
• Assemble custom and modified cabinets using a case clamp.
• Communicate daily with department leaders regarding production schedules.
• Adapt to daily changes in priority scheduling.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and schedule attainment.
• Participate actively in department meetings in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Regular attendance is required for this position.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
