As a Small to Medium Business Account Executive at Optimum, you will play a crucial role in reshaping connectivity for businesses. This position involves engaging with business owners to provide tailored connectivity solutions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, educating them about Optimum's services, and building lasting relationships while achieving sales targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the channel and the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers in assigned field territories through market-savvy skills and community engagement.
  • Approach businesses professionally to educate them about the benefits of Optimum's telecom services.
  • Craft tailored telecom packages based on the unique needs of each customer.
  • Stay updated with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements in telecom.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the advantages of Optimum's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for achieving collective goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of field sales experience to Small/Medium Businesses.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
