About the position

The Smart VMA Support role at Wagonmaster Group is a full-time position focused on providing essential IT support and guidance for the SmartVMA program, a dealership tool aimed at enhancing customer and company performance. The role emphasizes relationship building with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and reporting, and maintaining documentation for operational strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent IT support and guidance to Business Developers and customers.
  • Set up and troubleshoot menus using the SmartVMA platform for all OEM's.
  • Regular communication with the Business Development Directors to ensure the launch of all customers is on schedule.
  • Act as a liaison between Wagonmaster and SmartVMA.
  • Work with the Business Development Directors to set up regular reporting schedules for all customers.
  • Build and maintain specialized reports to reflect customers' personal KPI's.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure updates for changing strategies and processes.
  • Build relationships with the Business Developers to ensure constant communication and the ultimate success of SmartVMA for our customers.
  • Utilize Wagonmaster's CRM and sales tools for personal and business development.
  • Stay updated with individual customer reports, company mileage reports, and personal expense reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in an automotive fixed operations environment is an asset.
  • Automotive software experience is an asset.
  • High computer aptitude and ability to learn new applications.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Adobe Suite is an asset.
  • Education in IT / Computer Sciences is an asset.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Motor vehicle license in good standing.
  • Strong English fluency, both written and verbal.
