The Global Monetization Strategy and Operation (MSO) organization at TikTok serves as a strategic partner to our sales team, focusing on driving sustainable business growth by balancing risk, revenue, cost, and experience across TikTok's monetization products and global markets. We are seeking a Monetization Strategy and Analytics Associate to join our team, particularly to oversee the LATAM market. This role requires a strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to transforming TikTok into the most intuitive and accessible global platform for advertising. In this position, you will contribute to the bottom line by leading initiatives that foster revenue growth and operational scalability. You will design data-driven strategies that enhance the sales team's performance, utilizing your analytical skills and consultative approach to achieve measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and proactively engineer solutions to optimize processes. Your role will also involve conducting in-depth business analysis to outline existing challenges and present feasible solutions, thereby enhancing business processes and service delivery. As part of your responsibilities, you will execute sales planning, forecasting, and goal-setting methodologies for a rapidly growing sales organization. You will drive sales enablement and efficiency initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational scalability, supporting the sales team in executing localized go-to-market strategies that expand the customer base and increase revenue. Additionally, you will document data flows, operating procedures, and policies, identify bottlenecks in the sales process, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement. Your support will extend to day-to-day operations, prioritizing requests, and resolving escalations in a timely manner, while working with other MSO members to address sales support issues and identify areas for improvement.
