About the position

As an SMB Sales Director at Maven, you will be responsible for driving and achieving sales goals while managing the entire end-to-end sales process. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare and effectively positioning Maven's value proposition based on a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and individual buyer needs. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented, with a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve sales goals, including management of the entire end-to-end sales process
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare: brokers, benefits admin. platforms, exchanges, etc.
  • Position Maven's value proposition effectively based on a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, technology, and individual buyer needs
  • Manage detailed tracking of deals in Salesforce and coordinate follow-up to prospects
  • Travel within territory as needed

Requirements

  • Successful track record and 100%+ quota attainment for past 2+ years
  • 4+ years experience in a high growth sales environment, ideally selling to HR/Benefits
  • Experience leading complex sales
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Passion for documenting and contributing new ideas and feedback from market to product
