About the position

The SMB Sales Operations Manager at Frontier is a key role focused on supporting the Operations Director in the SMB segment. This position is designed for a proactive and collaborative individual who will document changes, drive engagement, and ensure alignment across sales teams and leadership. The role involves managing multiple complex projects, facilitating training programs, and providing insights based on market analysis to optimize business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Author, distribute, and facilitate communications to drive stakeholder awareness and alignment.
  • Facilitate training programs and coaching sessions for sales team members.
  • Partner with local engineering, sales professionals, field operations, and outside vendors to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and measure project progress to ensure objectives are met and report to leadership teams.
  • Identify and address barriers to sales success with innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 combined years of experience in sales management and communication delivery, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices with proven success in deploying initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenges and devise effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with telecom technology and software necessary for the job role (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required; SharePoint and Teams a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
