About the position

The SME SW QA Engineering & Tester role at Technical and Project Engineering LLC (TAPE) involves providing comprehensive test planning, execution, and analysis to ensure software quality. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to define testing objectives, develop test cases, and implement automated testing strategies. The role also includes defect management and post-release testing to validate software performance against expected outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define testing objectives and creating test plans and cases.
• Developing and executing test cases manually and using automation tools.
• Analyzing test results and providing formal reports.
• Developing automated testing strategies and implementing them in industry standard testing frameworks.
• Overseeing the defect management process, including defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
• Conducting in-depth post release testing by executing test cases and analyzing results.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Automated and Manual Software Testing.
• Experience in Software Engineering Development.
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of Hardware deployment Testing.
• Experience with Front and Backend Code Support.
• Proficiency in Linux System Administration.
• Ability to create Client-facing Testing Documentation.
• Familiarity with programming languages: Java, SQL, PS/SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, git, PHP, JavaScript, Sahi Pro, Cypress.io, Jest.
