About the position

At Alcoa, you will become an essential part of our purpose: to turn raw potential into real progress. The individual selected for this role will provide electrical engineering services to safely meet Warrick Operations' business plan by supporting production, maintenance, and engineering. This position is critical in ensuring the efficiency, output, and quality of our processes, and will be responsible for the safe integration of electrical systems with manufacturing, as well as upgrades to existing equipment. The major responsibilities for this position will include providing process improvements to meet Warrick Operations' business plan, crafting and developing programs that support process improvements and new electrical systems, and coordinating all phases of assigned area electrical engineering projects.
