The Smoke Shop Sales Associate at Lefty's Plus is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. The associate will engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with the operations team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Manage and update transactions in the point of sale system
• Follow up on inquiries and customer recommendations in a timely manner

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Vapor sales experience is a plus
