The Entry Level Sales & Marketing Rep (SMR) at SERVPRO of Norwalk/Wilton is responsible for updating the CRM Salesforce Database, maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations, and promoting Franchise Services in the assigned territory. Responsibilities
- Update the CRM Salesforce Database.
- Maintain an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events.
- Promote Franchise Services in assigned territory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings to exceed assigned sales goals.
- Grow and develop customer base by identifying new prospects and cultivating relationships.
- Use marketing materials to market SERVPRO services and sell benefits.
- Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
- Engage with potential clients and analyze market trends.
- Coordinate continuing education events for clients and marketing events.
- Participate in professional networking events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2+ years of sales and marketing experience or related sales and marketing support.
- 1-2+ years of business-to-business sales related experience.
- 1-2+ years of experience in the service sector.
- 1-2+ years of superb customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration, construction, or insurance industry is desired.
