About the position

Snappr is seeking a founding Growth Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in refining our brand and value proposition while devising strategies to acquire new customers, particularly focusing on our latest product offerings. This position is crucial as it will leverage data and experimentation to develop insights into Snappr's competitive positioning, ultimately driving growth. The role may evolve to encompass broader responsibilities related to customer retention and engagement as the company expands its reach and offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing collateral that drives customer engagement and conversion. This includes creating impactful website landing pages, website content, and sales enablement materials that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aimed at increasing product awareness, generating demand, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will set up advanced email and LinkedIn outreach automations that are intricately linked to our product offerings. Conducting A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and drive continuous improvement will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover insights and trends that inform our strategies and help differentiate our product in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling marketing collateral that drives customer engagement and conversion, including impactful website landing pages, website content, and sales enablement material.

Requirements

  • Experience at earlier stage (Series A to C) startups.
  • Led growth or product marketing at a product-led startup.
  • Experience in bringing a new product to market.
  • Focus primarily on B2B product marketing (as opposed to B2C).
  • Desire to work closely with the CEO to shape user acquisition strategy.
  • Skilled, fast writer with a passion for refining Snappr's brand voice and positioning.
  • Excitement for running experiments.
  • Experience creating marketing content and collateral.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO.
  • Ability to sell a product with an ROI-centric motion.
  • Former founder experience.
