About the position

Snoozy is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive the growth of its brand in New York City. This role focuses on identifying prospects, presenting the Snoozy portfolio, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and embrace a servant selling approach, providing exceptional value to customers while driving sales and offering insights into market conditions and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Snoozy's sales growth in New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island.
  • Conduct market research to uncover opportunities, trends, and risks.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the territory.
  • Conduct an average of 20 sales visits per week with retail partners and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
  • Represent Snoozy at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Plan and execute pop-up events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales Director to share market insights and updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement and maintain effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the CPG or cannabis industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with pop-up events and promotions.
  • Familiarity with retail and promotional marketing strategies.
