About the position

Snoozy is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive brand growth in the Western New York region. This remote position focuses on fieldwork, requiring the candidate to identify prospects, present the Snoozy portfolio, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, growth-oriented, and skilled in servant selling, providing exceptional value to customers while driving sales and offering insights into market conditions and competitive forces.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Snoozy's sales growth in the Western New York region, including Finger Lakes, Greater Niagara, and Chautauqua.
  • Conduct market research to uncover opportunities, trends, and risks.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the territory.
  • Conduct an average of 20 sales visits per week with retail partners and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
  • Represent Snoozy at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Plan and execute pop-up events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales Director to share market insights and updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement and maintain effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and transport promotional materials, such as boxes, tents, and other supplies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the CPG or cannabis industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with pop-up events and promotions.
  • Familiarity with retail and promotional marketing strategies.
