About the position

The Snow Account Manager is a seasonal full-time position responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing snow and landscaping services from November to March. This role serves as a liaison between Diaz Group LLC and its clients, focusing on addressing customer needs, negotiating contracts, and maximizing profitability. The position requires effective communication and coordination with vendor partners and the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
• Handle customer complaints and find solutions to maintain positive relationships.
• Respond to customer concerns and requests in a timely manner via phone and email.
• Maximize profitability in designated accounts by monitoring weather data and forecasting services.
• Manage schedules and service reporting with vendor partners.
• Create client-specific training material for vendor partners.
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure contract standards are maintained.
• Create and submit service proposals based on client requests.
• Actively seek new business opportunities for professional growth.
• Report to and collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the landscaping or snow removal industry.
• Familiarity with service proposal creation and contract management.
