About the position

The SNOW Architect position involves planning and designing technical architecture solutions for ServiceNow, specifically focusing on Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management processes. The role requires extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and delivering robust product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design technical architecture solutions for ServiceNow CSM and ITSM processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow CM with Incident management, Problem management, and Release management using REST and/or SOAP.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and assist in issue resolution.
• Implement quality measures and processes to ensure robust product deliverables.
• Work within an Agile delivery model.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• 4 years of experience as a Technical Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and various modules (ITSM, Integrations).
• Hands-on experience in change management design, planning, and implementation.
• Strong client interaction skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ITOM, Knowledge, Release, Problem, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management modules.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery model.
