About the position

The Snow Crew Member at LNG Landscapes is responsible for snow removal operations, ensuring safe and accessible walkways and sidewalks during the winter months. This role involves operating small equipment, shoveling snow, and applying de-icing materials at various assigned sites. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a vehicle and operate small equipment such as snowblowers and tractors.
• Work autonomously while demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Make high-quality decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively and timely with team members and customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Comply with local health and safety regulations on jobsites.
• Work collaboratively with the team and company leadership.

Requirements

• 1+ season of snow removal or landscape experience (preferred).
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools safely.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and specifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with snow plowing (1 year preferred).
• Driver's License (preferred).
