The Snow Route Supervisor at Bates Landscaping is responsible for managing designated snow removal routes, ensuring productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols during snow events. Responsibilities
- Manage a designated snow route or area during snow events.
- Ensure productivity and quality of work while adhering to safety protocols.
- Oversee staffing for assigned snow routes.
- Capture proper service records and verifications from in-house employees and subcontractors.
- Conduct pre and post event set-up and site preparation.
- Track equipment, repairs, and maintenance for assigned equipment.
- Monitor weather conditions to adjust operations accordingly.
- Operate snow equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial snow removal experience.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to work with a diverse team and communicate effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in patient monitoring.
