As a Snow Shoveler, you will be responsible for clearing snow from walkways, driveways, and other areas to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Use hand tools such as shovels, snow blowers, and ice scrapers effectively.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with the application of salt or sand to prevent ice formation.
• Report any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient snow removal operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using hand tools for snow removal tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for operating snow removal equipment.
• Experience in groundskeeping, including landscape maintenance and lawn care.
• Ability to perform tree care and trimming as needed during winter months.
• Capability of digging and maintaining gardens or flower beds when required.
• Strong physical stamina to work long hours outdoors in cold conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
