About the position

The SnowSports Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various administrative duties within the SnowSports School, including recruitment, personnel management, and administrative processes. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic and often chaotic environment, providing support to both staff and management at The Summit at Snoqualmie.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment of seasonal staff and liaise with company HR.
  • Process personal data information for employee arrival and departure experiences.
  • Manage uniform distribution and inventory.
  • Train and oversee POS staff.
  • Oversee administrative processes for the SnowSports School.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize high value, high leverage projects over lower priority tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to evolve, adapt, and change in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient level of skill in using Siriusware is preferred but not mandatory.
