About the position

The Snowflake AWS Developer role at InnovIT involves supporting FP&A reporting platforms and managing the technical aspects of current FP&A applications during a migration to a new SaaS vendor platform. The position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and independent judgment to develop effective data analysis and reporting strategies in collaboration with Corporate Finance FP&A Controllers. The role also includes managing a team of data engineers to ensure data accuracy and optimal processes for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A reporting platforms and associated technical aspects during migration to a new SaaS vendor.
• Manage all techno-functional support for current FP&A applications with ERP/GL experience.
• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting in collaboration with Corporate Finance FP&A Controllers.
• Lead a team of data engineers to ensure data accuracy and optimal processes for analytics.
• Create and maintain data forms, calculation scripts, and automate processes using MAXL and batch scripts.
• Develop and maintain Block Storage Outline / Aggregate Storage Outline (BSO/ASO) cubes.
• Utilize reporting tools such as Hyperion BI+ and Smart View for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with implementation, development, and support of various reporting platforms, preferably in financial institutions.
• Deep experience in financial management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting within the Financial Services sector.
• Proficient in SQL scripting and stored procedures with Hyperion, Essbase, and Smart View.
• Knowledge of both Oracle Database Schema and Snow-Flake Schema data modeling techniques.
• Experience with financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Hyperion BI+ (Web Analysis) and Hyperion Reports 7.x/9.x.
• Familiarity with SQL Loader functionality to interact with Essbase Cubes and Oracle Database.
