About the position

The Snowflake Developer role involves designing, developing, and operationalizing large-scale data and analytics solutions on the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse. The position requires a strong background in software development, particularly with Snowflake and NoSQL technologies, to support data intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support data intelligence solutions around Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Architect, design, and operationalize large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake.
• Write SQL queries against Snowflake and develop scripts in Python for Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) processes.
• Utilize Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, and others for data management.
• Understand and implement Data Warehouse/ODS concepts and ETL modeling principles.
• Gather and analyze system requirements for data transformation and translation.
• Develop ETL pipelines using Python and SnowSQL.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Snowflake development in AWS.
• Solid experience in architecting and designing data solutions on Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities and features.
• In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, including OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, and Facts.
