About the position

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Data Engineering for 8+ years.
• Specialized in the Snowflake platform for 4+ years, focusing on performance improvement and tuning.
• Implement and leverage CI/CD pipelines for data platforms.
• Manage Snowflake platform governance, including security, controls, and monitoring.
• Collaborate in a mid-size team environment with technical and business partners.
• Utilize agile-based development methodologies.
• Build proof of concepts (POC) and tools for delivery acceleration and code automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.
• 4+ years of extensive experience in the Snowflake platform.
• Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines for data platforms.
• Experience in Snowflake platform governance, including security and monitoring.
• Ability to work in a mid-size team environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Python scripting experience preferred.
• Experience in the Asset Management/Wealth Management industry preferred.
• Azure cloud experience preferred.
