About the position

The Snowflake Developer role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines within the banking sector. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL Server, and Control-M.
• Implement ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data loading into Snowflake.
• Optimize SQL Server databases for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and manage Control-M job schedules for timely data processing.
• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide support for data operations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proficient in designing and developing data pipelines using Snowflake and SQL Server.
• Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Ability to optimize SQL Server databases for performance and scalability.
• Experience in troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering best practices.
• Solid understanding of the consumer banking domain.
