About the position

The Snowflake Developer role focuses on designing and building data pipelines within cloud-based infrastructures, specifically utilizing Snowflake and related technologies. The position requires hands-on experience in Snowflake development, including performance optimization and production support, to ensure efficient data processing and management.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines on cloud-based infrastructure.
• Develop and implement end-to-end solutions in Snowflake, including ingestion, transformation, and extract generation.
• Write stored procedures in JavaScript and optimize Snowflake performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide production support for data issues.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective data management and integration.

Requirements

• SnowPro Certification is required.
• 5-6 years of experience in cloud-based solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake development.
• Experience with Azure, DBT, Airflow, and Cosmos DB.
• Proficiency in writing stored procedures in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in query optimization and scaling strategies.
