This full-time position requires a proactive individual with over 10 years of experience in Snowflake technologies, particularly in Snowflake Streams, Snowpipe, Snowflake Tasks, and Snowflake SQL. The role involves leading the design and implementation of data solutions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring data integrity and compliance within the Snowflake environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based data solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Snowflake Streams, Snowpipe, and Snowflake Tasks to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute data strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure the optimization and performance tuning of Snowflake SQL queries to enhance system performance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for data management, security, and compliance within the Snowflake environment.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the scalability and reliability of data solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and timely issue resolution.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Snowflake and related technologies to drive innovation.
• Implement robust data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users and team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Snowflake technologies, including Snowflake Streams, Snowpipe, Snowflake Tasks, and Snowflake SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
• Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful data projects.

• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
• Certifications: Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
