The Snowflake Lead Developer at Saama is responsible for leading data engineering efforts with a focus on data analytics and reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering initiatives focusing on data analytics and reporting.
• Manage teams using an onshore-offshore model.
• Design and build data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Write custom data pipelines using ETL tools or Snowflake procedures.
• Perform statistical analysis and troubleshooting in Snowflake.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in Data, Analytics, and Information Management platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformations.
• Experience in statistical analysis and troubleshooting in Snowflake.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Snowflake certification is a plus.
