About the position

The Snowflake SQL & Python Developer role is focused on maintaining operational reliability for Customer Engagement modeling and analytics software applications. The Production Support Analyst will ensure that model data flows and dashboard extracts are executing and up-to-date on a daily basis. This position involves diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for downstream users of the Customer Engagement system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain operational readiness and reliability of the client operational systems
• Develop effective working relationships within the Client's department and support teams of the client operational platforms
• Develop automated processes and technical documentation in conjunction with departmental resources
• Actively own and coordinate issue resolution between departmental and support partners
• Prioritize issues in alignment with Marketing and other affiliated partners who are dependent on issue resolution
• Assess issues and communicate an ETA for issue resolution based on agreed-upon time frames to the appropriate departmental partners
• Communicate resolution of issues with departmental partners based on agreed-upon time frames

Requirements

• In hand experience with machine learning techniques to support decision tree and random forest modeling
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
• Working knowledge of dashboard development using Tableau Desktop
• Demonstrable skill supporting Snowflake, Dataiku, and Tableau SaaS operations including flow, extract, and other scripting automation
• Strong experience in working with large volumes of data including integration, architecture, cleansing, and engineering
• Knowledge of production support concepts such as incident reporting, testing, debugging, monitoring, and audits
• Working knowledge of APIs and Javascript
• Skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation including runbook creation for routine or repeatable operations
