About the position
Larlham Landscape Construction Company, Inc. is seeking experienced Snow Plow Drivers, Machine Operators, and Shovelers for the upcoming winter season. The role requires individuals who can handle heavy manual labor and are available to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during snowstorms.
Responsibilities
- Operate snow plows and other machinery for snow removal.
- Perform shoveling and manual labor as needed during snow events.
- Be on call and available 24/7 when snowstorms are forecasted.
- Transport equipment and personnel to job sites during snowstorms.
- Ensure a clean driving record and operate vehicles safely.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in snow plowing or machine operation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
- Reliable vehicle to reach job sites during snowstorms.
- Ability to work long hours when needed.
- Capability to perform heavy manual labor and work outside in inclement weather.
