About the position

The Senior FP&A Analyst at Culligan will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis within the Consumer Products division. This position involves managing financial analysis projects, providing key insights for investment and project decisions, and supporting the Controller in various financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to enhancing financial models and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc decision support.
• Create and present analysis materials for executive reviews, including Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR).
• Analyze performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate variances.
• Oversee SG&A reporting and cost management, implementing measures to optimize performance.
• Assess landed product costs, calculate labor rates, and support AR business cases for capex.
• Monitor inventory levels, capex, cost of quality, and manufacturing productivity.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and advise on raw material cost impacts.
• Support global FP&A processes for planning and budgeting aligned with Culligan Retail NA objectives.
• Enhance QRF and COGS forecasting processes.
• Consolidate inputs for QRF and budget submissions, measure forecast accuracy, and suggest improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial reports.
• Seek opportunities to simplify and automate processes, sharing best practices across teams and regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proven track record in translating detailed financial analysis into actionable insights.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (IFS, Sage & SAP preferred).
• Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
