About the position
The Snr. Graphic Designer at KnowBe4 is responsible for creatively executing a variety of design projects while collaborating closely with the Senior Creative Director and Senior Design Manager. This role involves managing multiple projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The designer will work on both digital and print materials, contributing to the company's marketing efforts and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of digital and print materials, including branding, marketing collateral, social media assets, and website designs.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outputs.
- Present design concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
