About the position

The SOA Integration Developer role at Resourcesoft, Inc. involves leading technical strategies and overseeing the deployment of enterprise integration solutions. The position requires extensive experience in service-oriented architecture and API development, with a focus on collaboration within Agile teams to drive project success. The developer will be responsible for guiding other developers, designing integration workflows, and ensuring system stability through effective production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy, manage code review, and oversee deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and Scrum Master to drive Agile projects.
• Write and refine user stories and technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Guide developers through complex technical challenges and provide mentorship.
• Design and document integration workflows and process flows to support applications.
• Oversee production support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, performing compliance reviews.

Requirements

• 7 or more years working in enterprise integration and service-oriented architecture API.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET enterprise-level development.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, focusing on configuration, administration, and tuning.
• Experience in Azure PaaS and 2 or more years implementing Power Platform.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, .NET Core, and JSON/XML scripting.
• Experience in developing with infrastructure-as-code tools and Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
