As a Brand Ambassador for Food Sampling, you will play a crucial role in promoting products and engaging with consumers in a dynamic retail environment. This part-time position is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are enthusiastic about showcasing leading brands to shoppers. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, sharing samples, and providing essential information to consumers to influence their purchasing decisions. You will be representing Mosaic, one of North America's largest sales and marketing companies, which has been connecting with customers on behalf of its clients for over 30 years. The role requires you to be available primarily on weekends, with shifts scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM, and occasional shifts on Thursdays and Fridays from 1 PM to 7 PM. Training will be provided before your first day in the field, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the expectations of the role. You will have the opportunity to work with ongoing business, which means you may receive casual shifts throughout the year, with your schedule provided in advance. In this position, you will need to be comfortable working independently and confident in your ability to meet sampling targets. You will also be responsible for setting up and disassembling your sampling booth, which requires physical stamina as you will be standing for approximately six hours during your shifts. Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet is necessary for completing nightly reporting, and having access to a vehicle is considered an asset. Additionally, certifications such as Liquor Certification and Food Safety Certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
