About the position

Midwest Valet Parking is seeking talented Valet professionals to join their team for the upcoming soccer season at CITY PARK in St. Louis. This role involves providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, managing vehicle keys, and ensuring a smooth valet experience. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Opening car doors, collecting keys, and giving customers their valet tickets.
• Keeping the guests' keys secured and organized to ensure fast and efficient vehicle retrieval.
• Making a great first impression on behalf of MVP.
• Keeping the vehicles entrusted to you safe.
• Ensuring guests receive their vehicles quickly when they leave.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Proven safe driver with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Customer service experience and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time.
• Accountability and personal integrity.
• Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once.
• Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
• Organizational skills to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys.
