About the position

The Social Content Creative Lead at AVIA Media Group is responsible for enhancing the company's organic social media presence through the creation of high-quality video content. This role involves capturing and editing engaging footage that showcases both the AVIA brand and the personalities of its clients. The position is primarily internal, with some client-facing responsibilities, and requires a blend of creative skills in photography, videography, and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, engaging video content that showcases the brand and client personalities.
  • Capture dynamic footage on location, including behind-the-scenes, drone, walkthrough, and lifestyle shoots.
  • Produce long-form content such as client testimonials, educational videos, and property tours using project files from remote team members via Final Cut.
  • Edit social media-ready videos with eye-catching transitions, captions, and branding.
  • Manage the YouTube channel for SEO optimization and monetization.
  • Set up and operate video, lighting, and audio equipment for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative concepts for showcasing listings and promoting services.
  • Deliver projects in a detail-oriented manner while executing creative flair.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment.
  • Maintain calendar accuracy for time tracking purposes.
  • Participate in approved and/or required training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in real estate media and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Refined photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Final Cut Pro & Adobe After Effects.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and customer service skills.
  • Customer service background or Marketing/Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
  • File management systems knowledge preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative assistance preferred.
