About the position

The Social Content Creator at Raising Cane's is responsible for developing and producing engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. This role involves collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to create high-quality videos, images, and text captions for various social media platforms. The position requires a deep understanding of social media trends and creative formats to elevate the brand's presence in the digital space.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate social content.
  • Contribute to monthly content calendars across all brand channels, including brand, owner, and mascot.
  • Create various forms of social media content—videos, images, and text captions—suitable for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Contribute to the creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the brand at the forefront of pop culture.
  • Develop and create big ideas to create viral moments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a social content role.
  • Hands-on experience from concepting to production, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution.
  • Compelling online portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution.
  • A deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats.
  • Experience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activation.
  • Extreme attention to detail, understanding of design principles, and the creative process.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedback.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required.
