About the position

The Social Content Creator at Bespoke Post is responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and posting daily content across various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X. This role focuses on creating engaging video and static content that aligns with the brand's values and maximizes audience engagement and organic reach. The position requires collaboration with the creative and marketing teams and involves working from the NYC office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Create daily video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook that aligns with brand values while maximizing engagement and reach.
• Ideate, shoot, and edit engaging video content on a daily basis.
• Concept and design static posts, stories, and carousels as needed.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the nuances of different social media platforms, focusing on maximizing reach and engagement.
• Draft captions designed to capture attention, SEO, and engagement.
• Monitor performance of content to learn what is and isn't working, and adapt content creation accordingly.
• Stay on top of emerging platform trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, to ensure brand relevance.
• Be comfortable being on camera for product demos, GRWMs, reviews, on-the-street interviews, greenscreens, etc.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating social content that garners significant engagement and reach.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Experience using video editing software (in-app and out) and social media analytics tools.
• Self-starter with strong time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
