About the position

Codal is seeking a highly motivated Social & Digital Media Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness and lead generation through effective social and digital media strategies. This role involves managing Codal's social media presence, developing content strategies, and driving engagement across various platforms. The position requires collaboration with a small marketing team and reports directly to the Director of Marketing, focusing on innovative content creation and analytical reporting to optimize social media effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & Oversee Codal's Social Media Channels across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement social & digital media content strategies aligned with marketing KPIs.
  • Fully own the development and promotion of Codal's podcast, webinars, and other digital content.
  • Create reports and strategic plans using analytical tools to enhance social media effectiveness.
  • Conduct ongoing research to drive creativity and stay ahead of social trends and innovations.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to interactions based on brand guidelines.
  • Identify new analytical opportunities to improve social media strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Previous agency/consulting experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, sales tools, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, and SemRush.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and distribution tools (e.g., Hubspot, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in UX design.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members on campaigns.
