About the position

The Social Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling content for a luxury skincare brand across various social media platforms. This position requires creativity and collaboration with marketing and content teams to enhance brand awareness and engagement through innovative design.

Responsibilities

  • Design captivating visual content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and paid ads, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns, collaborating with photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Adapt designs to fit platform-specific requirements, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
  • Stay updated on beauty and social media trends, integrating relevant insights into designs.
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in creating presentation decks, email assets, and other digital marketing collateral as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs and beauty-related projects.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and creative storytelling.
