Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Part-Time Social Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for basketball and design, and who are eager to contribute to the visual identity of our social media channels. As a Social Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, particularly during NBA and WNBA game nights. Your designs will be prominently featured across various Pacers Sports & Entertainment properties, allowing you to showcase your creativity and skills to a wide audience. In this position, you will assist in the creation of social graphics that resonate with our fans and enhance our brand presence. You will be responsible for creating graphics and editing photos for both home and away games, ensuring that our visual content is engaging and aligned with our brand guidelines. The ability to work with existing designs while also producing original graphics is essential. You will collaborate closely with both the digital and creative teams, contributing your creative ideas and concepts to various projects. This role requires you to be adaptable and able to work under tight deadlines, as you will often need to create graphics quickly in response to game schedules and events. You will also be expected to maintain a professional attitude, take ownership of your projects, and be receptive to feedback from your peers and supervisors. The position requires availability to work on-site during Pacers, Fever, and Mad Ants home games, as well as remotely for road games, which may include late evening hours. This part-time role will require approximately 15-30 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on the game schedule during the seasons.
