About the position
The Social Media Ambassador Respondent is a full-time role focused on influencer marketing and managing the ambassador program at DAS Labs, LLC. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with ambassadors to enhance revenue and improve program effectiveness. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review daily applications for the ambassador program.
- Respond to emails from ambassadors.
- Interact with the ambassador Facebook group by approving posts and creating content.
- Respond to DMs on the ambassador Instagram account and post regularly.
- Manage receipts and store credit reimbursements for ambassadors.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with ambassadors.
- Work with the team to generate new ideas for the ambassador program.
- Oversee the ambassador app and dashboard, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Assist the Director of Brand Partnerships with various tasks and troubleshoot problems.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with content management systems or project management tools.
- High attention to detail in managing content and documentation.
