About the position

Thirsty Lion Gastropub is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Brand Creative Manager to oversee key marketing functions, including social media strategy, email marketing campaigns, and graphic design. This role is crucial for promoting the Thirsty Lion brand across digital platforms, supporting local and national campaigns, and driving guest engagement. The ideal candidate will develop strategies and create content that enhances the brand's positioning as a premier restaurant destination, focusing on its scratch kitchen and craft cocktails & beer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute a monthly content calendar that reflects broader marketing strategies.
  • Generate standalone social campaign ideas and support the amplification of integrated marketing campaigns across all organic social channels.
  • Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create social media strategies for Thirsty Lion and Grand Central Bowl & Arcade brands, refreshing them as trends evolve.
  • Work closely with restaurant locations to promote regional events, seasonal menus, and community involvement.
  • Develop compelling social media content, including promos, reels, and posts that maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media channels.
  • Monitor and report on social media and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Create social media recaps highlighting KPIs such as follower growth and engagement rate.
  • Provide monthly reports to the Director of Marketing with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience with corporate brand or agency
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Proficiency in WordPress and HootSuite
  • Proficiency in Adobe platforms, Canva, Squarespace, Photoshop
  • Experience with CRM Systems (ideally Fishbowl) and Google Analytics
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Eye for detail and design aesthetics
