As a key member of the Marketing Team, the Social Media and Community Lead will collaborate cross-functionally to implement content strategies on a global scale. The candidate must be a digitally savvy writer, capable of producing compelling social media content that resonates with diverse audiences. In this position, the Social Media and Community Lead will be responsible for managing various social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, and Meta properties. The role involves planning and developing social media campaigns that align with defined business objectives, analyzing audience expectations based on past social media activity, and conveying sophisticated ideas through concise and impactful writing. Familiarity with enterprise social media tools is essential, as the candidate will need to draw insights from available social media measurement tools. Additionally, the candidate should have experience using innovative approaches to reach new audiences through digital channels, ensuring that our social media presence is both engaging and effective.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with operational management skills, including content scheduling, reporting tools, and applications supporting social media and community programs.
  • Ability to work well in a changing environment and take appropriate, timely action.
  • Must be adaptable and work successfully in a team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse group of contributors internally and externally.
