About the position

Lightricks is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to join our team and elevate the brand presence of our flagship photo and video editing app, Facetune, as well as our B2B platform, Popular Pays. This role is pivotal in engaging with our diverse user base of content creators, influencers, and social media enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring that the strategies are tailored for both brands and creators. In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that highlights our value proposition, success stories, and industry insights. You will help position Popular Pays as a leader in the AI industry, driving organic growth by attracting brands and creators to our platform. Building a community for our creators in the US is essential, and you will engage them through various online efforts, including newsletters and webinars, as well as offline events like conferences and meetups. Additionally, you will create and manage partnerships with leading companies such as Amazon, Meta, and TikTok, collaborating closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader lead generation and sales initiatives. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities will be crucial to inform our content strategy, and you will analyze social media metrics to provide regular performance reports focusing on engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Cultivating relationships with industry influencers and potential brand partners will also be a key aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content that highlights our value proposition, success stories, and industry insights.
  • Help position Popular Pays as an AI industry leader, organically driving brands and creators into the platform.
  • Build a community for our creators in the US and engage them with our platform and brands through online efforts and offline events.
  • Create and manage communities and partnerships with our leading partners: Amazon, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social efforts with broader lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform our content strategy.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports, focusing on engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and potential brand partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B social media management, preferably in marketing technology or creator economy sectors.
  • Proven track record of growing engagement and generating leads through social media.
  • Proven experience in community management, both online and offline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling content.
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media strategies.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
  • A data-driven approach to strategy and content creation.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and working with content creators is an advantage.
