About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role will allow you to manage our online presence, develop and maintain our website, create and curate content, source leads to drive business growth, and work on multiple projects to support various aspects of our business. As a digital marketing expert with a passion for social media, web design, and lead generation, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital strategy and enhancing our brand visibility. In this position, you will be responsible for social media management, which includes creating and designing social media pages to establish a cohesive and professional brand presence across platforms. You will develop tailored content for various social media platforms, ensuring each piece is optimized for the specific platform. Engaging with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries will be essential to building strong relationships. Additionally, you will curate relevant third-party content and schedule posts to ensure consistent publication. You will also manage our WordPress website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with our brand identity. This includes optimizing the website for search engines and regularly updating it with fresh content. Your role will involve identifying and sourcing high-quality leads through various digital channels, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and analyzing lead generation efforts to optimize performance. Furthermore, you will create and implement social media campaigns, develop strategies to drive traffic to the website, and monitor performance using analytics tools. Providing excellent customer service through social media and building a loyal community around our brand will be key aspects of your role. You will manage multiple projects across the business, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing and business objectives while staying updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design social media pages to establish a cohesive brand presence.
  • Develop tailored content for multiple social media platforms, including videos, GIFs, infographics, and blogs.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.

  • Regularly update the website with fresh content, including blogs and company news.
  • Identify and source high-quality leads through digital channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Create and implement social media campaigns to promote products and initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to drive traffic to the website and increase conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify effective strategies.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong skills in WordPress website creation, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in lead sourcing and nurturing strategies.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content, including basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles in a digital context.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
