About the position

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and driving engagement across various platforms for RGI events and its endorsed brands. This role aims to enhance brand visibility and revenue generation through effective digital marketing campaigns, analytics reporting, and collaboration with internal teams. The position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about social media trends and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and implement social media strategies across the entire brand family.
  • Produce, edit, distribute and share engaging content on a regular basis.
  • Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences.
  • Create and maintain an individual social media playbook, along with SOPs and templates.
  • Collaborate on marketing department special projects where social media or digital marketing is involved.
  • Maintain pulse on brand activity and brand values across the brand family.
  • Create and implement paid social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set definite objectives and report on social media Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Craft social media content and plans that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Identify and contribute towards content generation opportunities in real time.
  • Interact with fans and followers, reply to queries promptly, and monitor customer feedback.
  • Supervise social media accounts' posts to ensure design and brand consistency.
  • Recommend and implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness.
  • Monitor search, social, and content metrics.
  • Prepare periodical reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Keep updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Manage and disseminate all leads generated through social media campaigns.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all digital content, including weekly blogs, social media content, newsletters, and email marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, PR or similar field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with direct responsibility for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in Social Media Management, demonstrated by metrics.
  • Proven content creation skill across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • Fluency in Canva, FloDesk, and Squarespace/WordPress.
  • Functional mastery of Asana, PPT, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Google Business Tools.
  • Short format video editing skill.
  • Proven experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success creating, executing and reporting on paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to absorb and emulate brand voice for public engagement.
  • Elite time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in PPC and SEO efforts.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for reporting and insights.
