About the position

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Golden Key Realty is a pivotal role designed for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing various marketing campaigns. This position is integral to enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation efforts within the real estate sector. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Property Management, and external vendors to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company's objectives and goals. In this role, the coordinator will assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, and print. They will be responsible for creating engaging content for newsletters, brochures, websites, mailers, and flyers, as well as helping individual agents with their farming and mailing campaigns. Additionally, the coordinator will play a key role in website management by updating and maintaining the company website and conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies. The position also involves organizing and coordinating marketing events such as open houses, property showcases, and community outreach programs. The coordinator will track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications is crucial, as is coordinating with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and digital marketing agencies, to execute marketing projects effectively. The role will also include creating video content, managing daily social media posts, and capturing engaging moments around the office and during events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and print.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for newsletters, brochures, websites, mailers, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Help individual agents with farming and mailing campaigns.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the company website by sending needed changes to the current Website Manager.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events such as open houses, property showcases, and community outreach programs.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and follow GREC guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and digital marketing agencies, to execute marketing projects.
  • Create video content, including reels and stories, and manage daily social media posts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CANVA.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of navigating the MLS.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media advertising is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for creating compelling marketing content and campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
