About the position

We are a small med spa who values teamwork and innovative ideas. After three years in business, we are looking for a talented Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing our company's online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media and marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving engagement across various platforms. This position will also involve managing events, promoting specials, improving content on our website, conducting outreach, and creating and sending our email newsletters. The Social Media and Marketing Manager will create, curate, and manage all published content, including images, videos, and written posts on our social media platforms. This includes collecting content on-site at the med spa and developing and implementing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The manager will monitor social media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices is essential for this role. Collaboration with marketing and design teams to create engaging content is also a key responsibility, along with responding to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner and managing social media advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in web and digital marketing
  • Strong proofreading skills for content accuracy
  • Experience in social media marketing and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with Mailchimp
  • Knowledge of advertising principles on social media
  • Ability to conduct research for content creation
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Photography skills are a plus
