About the position

The Social Media and Marketing Manager will focus on creating marketing content and managing social media platforms to enhance the clinic's visibility and engagement within the community. This part-time, contract role requires candidates to have a strong background in social media marketing, lead generation, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Gain leads and connections in the community with the business
  • Grow the clinic
  • Create and record social media content in the office
  • Attend marketing events and visit on-site businesses for marketing events

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience in customer support or front desk roles
  • Strong clerical skills for handling paperwork and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in office management tasks
  • Bilingual in Spanish
