Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide match coverage content, leading social media coordinators in real-time updates.
• Elevate creative storytelling by developing unique angles for match coverage.
• Collaborate with social media, production, and editorial teams for seamless content flow.
• Provide in-depth analysis using match stats and historical context for insightful commentary.
• Assist with planning and strategy for social media coverage of tournaments and events.
• Lead the creation of engaging content optimized for various social platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced social media environment focused on content creation, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Passion and knowledge of tennis, including players, tournaments, and match dynamics.
• Extensive experience creating digital media content across multiple social media platforms.
• Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong news/content/editorial judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, online/multimedia, or related field.
• Knowledge of video editing and graphic design software.
• Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
