About the position

The Social Media Brand Manager will be responsible for executing strategic social media plans that align with the brand's broader objectives. This part-time role involves community management, influencer outreach, content creation, and performance analysis, particularly focusing on platforms like TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Executing strategic social plans for the brand that align with broader objectives.
  • Active community management and engagement across all brand channels, including the launch of TikTok.
  • Managing creator/influencer outreach and relationships.
  • Creating content and managing the posting calendar and cadence.
  • Developing briefs in partnership with the brand team.
  • Handling all LMR submissions and relationship management related to social media.
  • Analyzing social performance, primarily focusing on organic insights with support for paid insights as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in TikTok content creation and community management.
  • Experience in driving social engagement and building engaged audiences.
  • Strong content creation skills and experience in briefing and managing content creators.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience enhancing established brands in traditional markets via social media.
  • Ability to navigate larger organizations and partner with key stakeholders.
